Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary brought together a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a review of past achievements and future activities.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected Scientology with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
